Description: 
Printed on one side only. Left hand margin is comprised of three ornately engraved ovals, oriented vertically and joined by a web; superimposed is the word "ONE" in white block capitals. There is no right hand margin embellishment, text dies against the line border. Principal design features a stone mason dressing the edge of a cut stone slab. A partially completed building frame is visible in the background. At bottom center is a tiny cut of a plow and signature "P. Maverick". Written in cursive hand, in ink across mid-section of note: "Counterfeit"; the same is written in smaller cursive script on the reverse.
